Warranty information.



 

  Provided the user safety instructions were followed, you used common sense and you took the normal thinking person's precautions then we offer you the following product warranty.  

  Lamps both metal halide and high pressure sodium. 
  • D.O.A. we will replace any lamp that was dead on arrival.  We are certain we shipped a working lamp. However you will know immediately if the lamp was dead on arrival. We require that you report a D.O.A. within (48) hours.  We will ship a new lamp right out. Simply return the dead lamp for a full refund of your purchase price.
  • Shipping damage cracked or broken lamps are a statistical reality we recommend you buy shipping insurance.
  • Normally a bulb (lamp) will burn for much longer than its spectrum output lasts. We warrant all bulbs (lamps) for one year. The warranty is offered to the original purchaser. The warranty is against defects in material and workmanship.
  • Sansceo Incorporated or it's affiliates (Spectrum Specialists) shall not be held liable, responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the installation and or use of these products.

The warranty covers equipment that was properly used under normal conditions, installed correctly. During the warranty period  Spectrum Specialists will with out charge and at our option, repair or replace any product that malfunctions. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of the seller. This warranty shall not apply to any product or part thereof that has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, modification, negligence, alteration, or misapplication. Neither Sansceo Incorporated or Spectrum Specialists make any warranty in respect to accessories or parts not supplied by  Sansceo Incorporated or Spectrum Specialists. This warranty is in effect through out the United States  

 Ballasts / electronic power supplies are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for (2) years. After the first ninety (90) days and into the second year the warranty is  prorated.   The warranty covers equipment that was properly used under normal conditions, installed correctly. During the warranty period Spectrum Specialists will with out charge and at our option, repair or replace any product if the unit malfunctions. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of the seller. This warranty shall not apply to any product or part thereof that has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, modification, negligence, alteration, or misapplication.  Return goods authorization number RGA #

Proof of purchase required for all returns.

 Please contact your retail stores for returns. 

 Warranty Service: as per warranty above. If after reading the FQA to no avail, please return the item to the dealer from which you purchased the item. The dealer may be able to point out some overlooked detail and prevent the items return for service. If the dealer is unable to make the item work they will return it for factory service. If no dealer is available to you, you may contact us directly for technical advice. If the problem persists and we cannot help you then, we will issue RGA #. This is the return authorization number, authorizing you to return the item to us for service or reconditioning. You need to include the following information and mark the exterior of the box with the RGA #. (Returned authorization number). Use the original packing materials and method to prevent shipping damage. If the items damaged in shipping we cannot be responsible. We will evaluate the problem and at our option advise you or simply correct the malfunction and return the item to you. The item will ship UPS ground or USPS first class prepaid.  Provide the following and enclose with the item.

·        Proof of purchase

·        Complete description of the problem

·        RGA # included and on the exterior of the box

·        Your name / company name

·        Contact information

·        Address which we will use to return the item

·        Phone #  If the above information is not included with the item we will not be responsible for it. It could become a real problem for us to contact you in relation to the item.
